About Seana Rutherford

Seana Rutherford is an Advanced Practice Nurse at Premiere Physicians in Fairview Park, Ohio, where she provides primary care for both inpatients and outpatients, as well as community care. Her responsibilities involve diagnosing conditions, interpreting lab tests, prescribing medications, discussing preventive care, and providing follow-up treatment.

Since her graduation in 2007 from Central School of Practical Nursing in Cleveland, Ohio, Seana Rutherford attended Lorain County Community College, where she earned an associate degree in nursing in 2010. She went on to achieve a BS in nursing from the University of Akron and an MS in nursing with a focus on family practice from Ursuline College. Combining her studies with her professional practice, she worked at Cleveland Clinic Foundation as a registered nurse, Regency Hospital as a wound care specialist, and Ideal Home Health Care as a case manager.

Seana Rutherford has won several honors and awards for her studies and professional activities. She has been a CCF Caregiver Celebrations Recipient since 2007, a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing since 2012, and earned honors from the University of Akron in 2012. When not working, she enjoys a wide range of activities, including rowing, yoga, dining out, and attending conferences.
